Hey, I am Mary and I am a Life Coach!
My professional background is in social work. For over a decade, I served individuals and families who struggle with mental health, addictions, abusive relationships, and trauma. There is not much I haven’t seen. I learned to be empathetic, trustworthy, and solution focused. While serving as a leader for the women of my church, I developed an understanding for the heartache of women- especially those impacted by a difficult relationship with a struggling loved one. We feel taken advantage of, disappointed, and exhausted. I say “we” because I have had my own personal experience with loved ones who struggle. I have overcome this by learning how to set and uphold boundaries from a place of love for myself and my family members. I decided to become a life coach to help women, like you and me overcome challenges, build confidence, and become their best selves!
I specialize in coaching women who have a family member with a mental health disorder, an addiction, or a pornography problem. I see coaching as a vehicle to carry you from where you currently are to where you want to be, like Cinderella’s stagecoach. The women I work with come to me feeling defeated, taken advantage of, and exhausted. Through coaching, my clients become confident, intentional, and empowered. I love to be a coach! It is my honor and joy to witness the transformation of such amazing women.
I provide one on one coaching to help each client overcome her individual challenges and reach her personal goals. Through convenient video conferencing, I can coach anyone with access to a computer, tablet, or phone. Northern Colorado residents have the option of meeting with me in person. Within 3-6 months, we increase confidence, establish boundaries, improve self-worth, and achieve desired results.
If you feel taken advantage of by a struggling loved one, I would love to help you become more confident, intentional, and empowered. I am currently offering free coaching consultations.
